Radical Embrace is an out-of-network provider however flexible payment options are still available for most clients. Insurance plans that include out-of-network benefits typically reimburse 20 - 80% of fees. Radical Embrace will provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. Additionally, therapy is considered an allowable expense for your Healthcare Spending and Flexible Spending Accounts, meaning clients can pay directly for service using their HSA or FSA spending cards. Radical Embrace also accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Please see terms of service located in client portal for further information. ​

Radical Embrace has enabled the use of Thrizer* to support client payment and make the reimbursement process easier. Thrizer is a payment app for therapy-goers and mental healthcare professionals that makes out-of-network therapy more accessible. Thrizer can help you verify your out-of-network benefits and instantly reimburse you for sessions after you have met your deductible. Essentially, Thrizer will pay the difference of your reimbursement amount upfront for a small percentage of the service fee. We offer a sliding scale rate of $120 per 45 minute session for 8 weeks. If you are requesting a sliding scale rate you will need to submit a paystub, proof of unemployment or disability, or proof of medicaid coverage. (After 8 weeks the rate increases to $160 for 45 minutes)
